Digital products and courses are licensed to you for personal use and may not be resold or shared. Services are delivered per the scope agreed at booking; you retain ownership of your accounts, assets and data.

We collect only the information needed to serve you: your name, email and order details when you buy or subscribe. We never sell your personal information. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time, or request a copy or deletion of your data by emailing hello@jocilynmitchell.com.

Refund Policy

E-books and digital templates are generally non-refundable once downloaded; where offered, a 14-day money-back guarantee applies. Courses are non-refundable once access is granted, except where a specific guarantee is stated. Service fees are non-refundable once work has begun; any results guarantee is stated on that service's page. Bookings can be rescheduled with reasonable notice.
