How does the process work?
Once you've booked, I'll send you a welcome email within 1–2 business days with a short questionnaire and a link to book your kick-off call. During our call, we'll chat through your goals, vision and everything I need to get started. From there, I build, you review, we refine, and then we launch.
How long does it take?
Most projects are completed within 2–4 weeks, depending on the scope of your project and how quickly feedback is provided. If you have a deadline in mind, let me know and I'll always do my best to accommodate it.
What do you need from me?
I'll need your branding (if you have it), any content or images you'd like included, and access to any platforms relevant to your project. Don't worry if you don't have everything ready yet—I'll guide you through exactly what I need.
How does payment work?
Payment is through PayFast, so you can use card, Instant EFT, Mobicred, Zapper or Payflex.
How many revisions are included?
Every project includes two rounds of revisions to make sure you're happy with the final result. Any additional revisions outside of this scope can be quoted separately.
